Site is the Mauerstreifen, an area where the Berlin Wall used to stand, from Nordbahnhof to Schwedter Straße. It separated east from west, it defines the border between Wedding and Mitte.
In the beginning it is not the form that we are interested in. It is the relationship between things, depending on space, program and time.
Urbanity is simultaneity. We generate it by the partitioning of its space.
Which relationship is interesting?
What is the consequence for the project?
